Position Summary:

As part of User Success, The Success Insights team helps enable data-informed decision-making across the User Success Organization through timely, consumable, and actionable insights. We are looking for a Data Analyst to work with senior data analysts on our team and users across the User Success organization to identify data visualization needs and then ensure those requirements are addressed through interactive PowerBI reports that deliver actionable and easily consumed insights. The ideal candidate is someone who pays close attention to detail and can communicate complex data in simple terms.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior data analysts to implement interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Develop and test visualizations and other data interpretations with a focus on standardized user experience.
Access data from Snowflake, SQL databases, and other data sources to develop reports in PowerBI using Power Query and DAX.
Document business requirements and methods used to generate work output.
Help maintain and update manual data captures.
Document new reports and dashboards and provide training for end-users.
Collaborate with the report users to ensure they continue to meet their requirements and help foster an understanding of what data means and how to interpret it.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, or a computer-related subject or relevant training and/or experience.
Experienced with data visualization, insight interpretation, and dashboard design best practices.
Familiar with PowerBI visualization tools, following best practices for collaborative use of data with datasets, dataflows, and reports.
Must be detail-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality work.
Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals.
Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person, and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.
This role does not require travel.
