About Contact Center Representative

　　Provee asistencia y servicio al cliente con relación a los productos y servicios a pacientes, médicos y al público en general. Encargado de la coordinación de citas, cancelaciones y/o cambios. Canaliza quejas, reclamos y sugerencias de los pacientes con el fin de asegurar la satisfacción de los clientes tanto internos como externos. Realiza el seguimiento de los clientes, gestiona las incidencias y establece los mecanismos de comunicación más adecuados, según los protocolos y procedimientos establecidos en el departamento.
