Job Description

　　Insight Global is actively working with one of the nation's top residential builders to identify a Construction Manager for the Bluffton, SC market. This individual will be responsible for managing the activities of construction projects. They will be working to ensure construction schedules, onsite safety, development of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, reviewing and maintaining quality standards, and upkeeping customer satisfaction. In this particular role, the candidate will split time between the Charleston office and in the field, doing walk throughs of homes throughout different phases of construction. 　　Skills and Requirements

　　* 2+ years of construction management experience

　　* Ability to manage construction processes, ensuring that trade performance is meeting expectations, costs are controlled, budgets are managed, and customer service is top notch

　　* Strong customer service and sales skills

　　* Must be comfortable using own vehicle to travel out to the field every day (will receive a phone and vehicle reimbursement plan) null
