  About the role

  Performs non-technical light maintenance, housekeeping, and custodial duties under direct supervision.

  This shift is Monday-Friday with a schedule of 4pm-12:30am.

  What you’ll do

  Follows all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.

  Performs various ad hoc assignments: minor repairs to file cabinets, office furniture, keyboard tray installation, ceiling tile replacement, carpet tile replacement.

  Performs general labor work as assigned including loading, unloading and moving materials. Supports internal moves through delivery and collection of crates and other packing supplies.

  Manages inventory to ensure contents are accounted for and orderly at all times.

  Performs housekeeping functions and maintains the professional appearances of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas.

  Assists maintenance staff, engineers and company vendors as requested.

  Escort vendors and reviews completed work.

  What you’ll need

  High school diploma or GED. 1 - 2 years experience.

  Good customer services and interpersonal skills.
