　　The role you’ll contribute:

　　Reporting to the Director of Facilities Management, the Manager for Planning, Design and Construction is responsible for managing a variety of projects related to the ongoing and future, planning, design and construction of the AdventHealth Heartland Health Partners facilities, in all phases of the project from conceptual to construction development. This position is intended to support all construction, renovation, restoration, and major repair programs at any Health Partners facilities or associates. This position develops concepts and plans for Offsite growth or change in service with HP admin as well as capital upkeep and replacement. The manager of planning, design and construction will represent AdventHealth Heartland HP to other City or State Agencies as needed.

　　Construction: The Planning, Design and Construction Manager will be Heartlands HP primary representative on the construction team, responsible for monitoring construction progress and schedules, reviewing all materials submitted for approval, reviewing and approving, with the project owners and representatives modifications to a new or existing space or replacement of major and minor equipment

　　Maintenance and Operations (M+O) facility design and construction: The Planning, Design and Construction Manager will be responsible for managing the contracted design Architect and working with the Architect of Record, on all aspect of development of HP sites.

　　Planning: Including construction feasibility studies, planning strategy, design and planning presentations.

　　Primary liaison between Sebring HP leaders in upfront scope and budget /schedule development/ team selection with contracted services. Will provide monthly report to the Director of Facilities on project development and finance or as requested by other leaders of the organization.

　　Ultimately responsible for projects being delivered on budget and schedule. Ensure that risks are being properly managed either contractually or purchased products or services insuring HP is getting good business terms. Responsible for legal and contractual issues related to project delivery. Ensure we have an ethical and transparent working relationship with our vendors

　　Qualifications

　　The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

　　Minimum qualifications:

　　Bachelors and 5+ years’ experience.

　　1 years Leadership Experience

　　This position requires a bachelor's degree in design and development field and at least 5 years of experience in the fields of planning, architecture, and engineering or construction management. At least 5 years of Experience in managing major improvements on existing healthcare facilities.

　　Preferred experience
