The WW Compliance organization team is looking for a motivated and experienced individual to play a key role in the continued improvement of compliance process and associated programs.
The Compliance Program Manager plays a pivotal role in leading design & implementation of transformational changes in close collaboration with Compliance Management, Market Compliance Leads and stakeholders across organization.
This role requires the individual to exhibit unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories and techniques.
Responsibilities:
Acts as an expert on Compliance matters across the Compliance pillar
Provides highly innovative solutions for the situations that may arise
Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas
Acts as a team lead for a sub-team within the wider organization.
Ensures a clear communication with L4-L2 management
Collaborates cross-functionally with other compliance bodies to optimize compliance processes
Support urgent requests and independently managing complex project objectives
Being able to design, standardize and setting global process that are aligned with HP policies
Drives process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function globally
Being able to offer consultancy and guidance for the stakeholders and also for the managers with whom we are working with
Prepare documentation processes from scratch
Revision of the organization's processes to be aligned with the market but also with the company's policies
Leads and advises on the most complex business initiatives, typically leading several analysts across multiple areas within compliance and acrossgeographies/organizations
Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders, change sponsors, and project team members
Education and Experience Required:
First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree or demonstrable equivalent experience
At least 8 years of related experience of program management experience, sales
Knowledge and Skills:
Mastery in English
Ability to translate complex, ambiguous challenges into workable solutions for the functional team
Ability to demonstrate awareness of business and organizational sensitivities and reflect this in approaches to resolving issues
Experience of leading a wide range of transformation programs preferably in several organizations demonstrating success
Strong leadership skills, including coaching, conflict resolution, and management, especially where team members are not direct reports
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and align senior executives in an objective manner using fact-based analysis methods
Tenacious, results-driven and detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation)
Superior analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Strong financial and business acumen
