Health and Safety Supervisor (Hybrid)

　　Sabre56 is currently recruiting for a *Health and Safety Supervisor *located in Hannibal and Hopedale, Ohio. Our mission is to design, build and operate the world's most technologically advanced, efficient, and cost effective blockchain data center's. The HSE position is a Hybrid position that allows for remote work from home and on-site work duties. 

　　*Responsibilities: *

　　Develop and execute health and safety plans.Prepare and enforce policies to establish culture of health and safety.Evaluate and make recommendations to improve practices, procedures in facilities and prevent injuries.Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention. Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations. Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions. Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker's compensation claims.Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics. *Requirements: *

　　HSE Supervisory experience.Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines.Ability to produce reports and develop policy/procedures.Ability to analyze data and develop policy/procedures.Ability to travel to various worksites as needed. *Certifications: *

　　OSHA 10Fire Prevention and Risk ManagementFirst AidEnvironmental Management Systems Qualification or equivalentConstruction Skills Register Site CardIOSH Safety, Health and Environment for Construction WorkersGraduate IOSH Status or CMIOSH*Preferred: * BS/BA in Safety Management or relevant field.
