JOB REQUIREMENTS: Production Operatorat our Wauwatosa WIlocation JOBDIMENSIONS Produce, inspect, and package products per batch formulationsutilizing various mixing, blending, and packaging equipment. Follow allEHS and Quality procedures to safely produce quality product. Recordmanually and via computer, all material usage, accurately fill outprocess batch sheets. 12 hour shifts, rotating 3 days, 7 am-7 pmACTIVITIES Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products perprescribed standards. Adheres to all plant policies, practices, andprocedures to ensure safety, quality, service, and cost objectives aremet. Practice continuous quality improvement in all processes.Participates in Bostik\'s Safety programs to achieve objective of safebehavior and goal of Zero Incidents. Monitor and adjust equipment asnecessary and permittable to ensure safe and efficient operation. Workcooperatively with all employees and leadership to meet plant/shiftobjectives Maintain and improve level of housekeeping in work area andfacility. Completes all required paperwork accurately and legibly.Operate various pieces of equipment including but not limited tolamination equipment, packaging equipment, forklifts, palletizers, basichand tools. Use computer controls to operate equipment. Participates incontinuous improvement projects, and Kaizen events. Rotates to otherwork functions as required by process flow. CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT Workin a fast-paced production environment where safety, accuracy and speedare essential. Simultaneous competing priorities require effective andefficient multi-tasking to succeed. Ability to stand, lift up to 50lbs., and walk throughout work day. Ability to work innon-climate-controlled environment. Work with minimal supervision. Useof production equipment, material handling equipment, and hand tools.Use of computer for data management and training. ACCOUNTABILITIESOperate equipment and report issues to leadership as needed. Completionof daily goals. Use problem solving techniques to eliminate waste anderrors and drive overall improvement in daily objectives. Understandingof production and process equipment.
