　　Growing company in the Lansing area is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to oversee 3 service locations in Michigan. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of management experience and be open to travel between locations. Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous agricultural or dairy experience highly desired or other commercial operations management experience. Previous sales experience required. Must be able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Will relocate for the right candidate.

　　Responsible for monitoring and managing local inventory, accounts receivable and capital

　　Responsible for the relationship development with local producers

　　Support the sale of company systems and aftermarket products and programs

　　Develop and maintain an active prospect list

　　Responsible for managing the integrity, quality and timeliness of all capital installations

　　Manage a team of Account Managers and Route Delivery Specialists

　　Maintain the "brand" of the service location - clean, neat and professional

　　Requirements:

　　High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred

　　At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a customer facing commercial role

　　Commercial operations management experience

　　Experience with agricultural industries such as dairy preferred

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

　　Effective communicator with the ability to influence others and solve problems

　　Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

　　Ability to travel frequently to customer locations, very few overnights

　　Previous sales experience
