One of our clients in the Walnut Creek area is looking for an Accounting Analyst for a contract to permanent opportunity. Recent college graduates with business/finance/accounting majors are encouraged to apply

Assisting in preparing financial reports.

Analyze financial information to help the company make well-informed decisions.

Review and reconcile accounts as needed.

Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.

Assist with audit preparations.

Coordinate with the accounting team to streamline accounting processes and procedures.

Prepare financial forecasts and risk analysis assessments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Solid understanding of accounting principles.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

An ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
