　　Shift Differentials:

　　Weekday Nights - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 7:00 pm -7:00 am - $3.00 per hour

　　Weekend Days - Saturday, Sunday - 7:00 am - 7:00 pm - $3.50 per hour

　　Weekend Nights - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 7:00 pm - 7:00 am - $5.00 per hour

　　Provides direct patient care as defined by the resident care plan for allhospital and extended care unit residents at Spanish Peaks Regional HealthCenter. Participates in admitting and discharging patients. Documents careprovided through established electronic health record. Encourages and assistspatients/residents to be as independent as possible.

　　RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED (can be in progress). Successful completion ofnursing assistant training program and current certification through a stateregulatory agency. Previous work experience in a geriatric work environment ispreferred.
