　　The Role: Resource Planning Associate

　　Location: San Antonio

　　Plans, schedules and manages resources to ensure an efficient, optimal and realistic study plan in accordance with study protocol, contract and client expectations and resource availability.

　　Performs detailed, short-term planning and allocation activities for staff, machines, equipment, etc. to achieve most efficient outcome possible.

　　Assists with maintaining a database of staff availability and work preferences.

　　Solves short-term planning problems and escalates issues as needed.

　　Assists with developing weekly planning updates to maintain capacity planning tools.

　　To be successful in the role, you will have:

　　Associate’s degree or equivalent

　　2 years of relevant experience
