Job Description

　　Manages a team of cloud software professionals who are responsible for delivering results across a broad range of cloud software, including software development, design, debug, validation, and optimization, cloud orchestration, and/or cloud customer enablement. May also provide architectural and technical guidance to ensure sound engineering practices are followed. Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results. Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Masters or PhD degree in computer science or relevant field with 15+ years of relative industry experience- Deep understanding of data science, linear algebra, algorithms, and statistics.- Willingness to learn and continue developing knowledge in an up-and-coming field.- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to collaborate cross-functionally with different teams.

　　Preferred Qualifications:- 8+ years of managing team, excellent communication skills, deep understanding on AI Technologies and discipline to follow engineering best practices and processes- Thorough knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle principles;- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar cloud computing platforms- Excellent knowledge in software architecture principles and programming experience with at least onemodern language such as C++, Java, Python etc.- Good knowledge in data science, linear algebra, algorithms, and statistics, operating systems,distributed systems.- Experience in skills like Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible , Jenkins, GitHub knowledge is a plus.

　　This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
