Description:

　　Quality Engineer that will work with our Operational quality team. This individual will own all quality activities for their assigned product lines and may be working on multiple different products lines at once. They will be assigned to products for new product development and work closely with R&D and Quality assurance teams on each product.

　　This individual will be working majority of the time on updating proper processes, completing true root cause analysis, implementing Lean Six Sigma improvement and all process validations.

　　They will also be responsible for managing CAPA's from beginning to end. conducting through product investigations

　　This individual will be working on the production floor comforting working with operators and led improvements for products.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Previous medical device experience is preferred. Also being the owner of CAPA's in the past.

　　Work Environment

　　This individual will be reporting to the Sr Manager of Technical Services & Operational Quality. The team also has 2 receiving inspectors and a senior quality engineer as well as a product engineer.

　　The company has about 200 people here locally in MN but they are starting got grow and add more people.

　　This would be an opportunity to join a growing team and be able to work with many different groups and departments.
