(4)Work areas include: Salt Lake County (5) Wage:  $20.26 per hour with (6) $30.39 after overtime 40+ per week per PWD. (7)two months on the job training  (8)Employer will use a single work week for its standard for computing wages due.  (9)Pay period is weekly on Friday afternoons.  (10)Option of board/lodging and other facilities are offered for this position as an option and can be deducted weekly off paycheck for $70.00 per week.  (11)Employer will deduct all applicable Utah State and Federal Taxes required by law from each pay check.   (12) Workers will be provided with or reimbursed for transportation and subsistence of $15.88 per day to maximum $59.00 per day with receipts from the place from to which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order.  (13)Huskie'z will provide or pay for the worker's cost of return if the worker completes less than 50% of the certified period for employment or is dismissed from the employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period.
