　　Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be working in our Operations team managing internal and external clients creating HTML Emails. You should be experienced working in a high-pressure, high-volume environment where accuracy is paramount.

　　We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remote.

　　Responsibilities:Responsible for creation of HTML Emails for our Broker and Issuer ClientsCandidate must be computer savvy and capable of learning new software applications with relative easeCommunicate directly with internal clients and external clientsCollaborate with teamMaintain a high level of productivity, quality, and customer-service standards while adhering to strict deadlinesUtilize great time management skills to handle extremely high seasonal volumesManage system validations for process enhancements and disaster recovery testingQualifications:Strong client services backgroundBachelor's degree or two to four years related experience and/or trainingExcellent written and verbal communication and listening skillsExcellent ability to understand the scope of each project, prioritizes tasks, and effectively manages timeProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and working knowledge of Outlook and Access.Learns From ExperienceHTML knowledge a plusSalary range $26.00 - $28.00/hourly. Bonus Eligible.
