　　Your role:Navigate through clinical portals, review data to determine action to be taken on patient file.Accurately document action to be taken in system portal and spreadsheets.Communicate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.This is an individual contributor, hybrid position in Malvern, PA or Rosemont, ILYou're the right fit if: You have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)You've acquired 1+ years of work experience.Your skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook/Word/Excel), intermediate computer skills, can work in multiple technical mediums simultaneously, detail orientation with good documentation, exceptional time management, and can multitask.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .You're an excellent communicator (verbal/written), professional and pleasant, strong team player, flexible, and adapt well to change.About Philips
