Job Description
PURPOSE: A successful client manager will oversee the Cincinnati market for Outbound Technologies. They will grow their market in commercial sales to 2 million in total revenue over the next two years. Ideally in five years they will be running their own office, and will have a few project managers and sales individuals underneath them. The clients they will be selling and consulting too are leading manufacturing companies in the greater Cincinnati area, offering automatized solutions to their engineering groups. 80% of their time will be spent growing existing clients, that they currently are doing business within other cities.
Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
1.) Experience in one of the following backgrounds with 3 to 10 years of experience: (Automation Engineering, Manufactory or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Project Management, or Engineering Sales)
2.) Sales Traits - (Growth Mindset, Persuasive, People Skills.)
3.) Bachelors Degree - preferably business or engineering
4.) Excellent Communication skills 1.) Direct project management or sales experience in the past
2.) Automation or Engineering degree
3.) Has a rolodex of industry contacts to help build their portfolio null
