Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a Property Accountant to start as soon as possible. This candidate will be responsible for working alongside the Property Manager of a commercial real estate office and their tenants. They will work with the regional office in Orlando to assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, budget confirmations, and month end reports. This could include vacancy reports, activity reports, rent tracking reports, and the invoicing of tenants. This position is flexible with a hybrid schedule after the training period.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Accounts receivable, accounts payable and bookkeeping experience

　　Experience in commercial real estate accounting tools such as MRI, YARDI, Kardin, AvidXchange

　　Ability to work hybrid in Coral Gables, FL - Bachelor's degree in Accounting

　　Experience with Kardin budgeting tool null
