Position Highlights:Competitive payPart Time Benefits availableFun work environmentESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for verifying accuracy and correctness of figures, calculationsand postings of all recorded transactions against original documents.Receives any Casino-related Transaction Reports with associated supportingdocuments for Title 31 Auditor.Reconciles reports to supporting documents in accordance with establishedinternal gaming controls, as outlined on daily/weekly/monthly/annualchecklists.Issues Exception Reports for any instances of non-compliance with establishedinternal controls.Coordinates with the lead audit clerk or Audit Supervisor concerning revenuediscrepancies and proposed adjustments to be made to correct the same.Prepares daily recurring journal entries to record daily activity, asappropriate.Compiles all reports pertaining to the daily audit operations anddistributes/saves in accordance with the distribution list/policy.Maintains complete audit records in an organized manner for proper recordretention as per company policy.Files all documents and computer reports for future reference.Other related duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:None.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below arerepresentative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures,including fire and safety regulations.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or GED required. Associates' Degree in Finance orAccounting-related field strongly preferred.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:Colorado Gaming License required.LANGUAGE SKILLS:Must be able to effectively communicate in English.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units ofmeasure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.COMPUTER SKILLS:Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
