  description de poste Akelius est à la recherche d’un administrateur de construction organisé et soucieux du détail pour soutenir l'équipe de construction locale. 

  L'administrateur de construction remplit des fonctions de bureau générales et gère les registres de projet pour la correspondance, les soumissions et autres documents de projet.

  Le candidat idéal sera capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, d'établir des priorités et de respecter les délais dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu.

  fournir un soutien au département de la construction et de l'architecture

  maintenir la qualité interne dans toutes les propriétés de l'entreprise

  développement du personnel

  gérer le processus d'accueil des parties prenantes internes et externes

  aider les chefs de département à développer et à affiner les processus internes

  administration et rapports de projets

  gestion des coûts de construction en termes de budgétisation et de facturation

  suivi du calendrier et des retards du projet

  collecte d'informations et communication des mises à jour à toutes les parties prenantes

  gestion des fournisseurs

  gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et les attentes en matière de facturation aider les gestionnaires de construction dans le processus d'appel d'offres, de soumission et d'adjudication, au besoin.

  qui vous êtes

  baccalauréat en ingénierie, en architecture, en gestion de la construction ou dans un domaine connexe, de préférence.

  trois à cinq ans d'expérience professionnelle similaire Expérience des processus de construction préférée mais non requise

  maîtrise de Microsoft Excel, de Yardi, de Procore ou d'applications similaires

  job description

  Akelius is seeking an ambitious and decisive construction coordinator to support the local construction team.

  The construction coordinator is responsible for keeping track of construction projects, creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and insuring proper tracking of budgets.

  This individual will also maintain data bases and insure accurate information as it relates to construction projects progress and finances.

  The successful candidate will be collaborative and have superior communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  produce ongoing reporting associated with projects progress

  coordinate with various stakeholders such as construction department, leasing department, property management and external vendors and keeping all stakeholders up to date on projects’ progress

  train new vendors the company’s proprietary project management system including, creating offers, obtaining POs, submitting invoices

  troubleshoot issues with project management system

  gather, organize, and maintain all related project documents following up with contractors to ensure invoices are sent in a timely manner

  respond to any billing inquiries from contractors and suppliers

  update contractor’s library with new vendors

  provide monthly project level cash projections Providing ongoing project progress to Property Accountants

  create custom reports for various meetings

  coordinate unit hand-over from construction to property management at the end of the project

  coordinate professional photos of projects

  other duties as assigned

  who you are

  Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, real estate, business, or economics is required

  two plus years’ experience in the administrative or administrative assistant capacities, construction-specific experience preferred but not required

  experience in bookkeeping

  results oriented leader with high level of self-motivation

  coachable teammate with an eagerness to learn and a humility toward all continued professional growth

  highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics

  demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet applications and related software

  efficient decision-making skills

  ability to perform in a team oriented environment and analyze decisions with broad perspective
