Negotiates deals as a part of thesupplier, business manager team and provides key reports and data forsupplier meetings. Provide direction and monitor performance of thelocal purchasing team. Responsibilities Provide Support andRecommendations to the Local Market Supports annual financial budgetingprocess in coordination with Trade Development and Financial Planningteams. Assist with the local market trade spending activities,budgeting, and the inventory aging processes. Develop business reviewcontent to analyze pricing and GP performance, develop business case,and presents to high level managers/business managers monthly. Pricing,Analyzing and Reporting Completes complex reports driven from SAP tomake key decisions regarding supplier deals. Analyze and maintain NPSpricing and accounts to ensure correct pricing is in place andappropriate GP goals are being met. Gather feedback from retailers,restaurateurs, field sales to help improve recommendations on pricingimprovements. Analyze key driver data for overrides and makesrecommendations on ways to improve deal structures to reduce the overallnumber of overrides. Supports daily sales order processing as needed,secondary system oversight and guide the market\'s pricing practicesensuring pricing is accurate and aligned with compliance policies.Provide analytical support as needed to internal and external groups.Supplier Support Prepares materials for supplier planning meetings byreviewing internal sales and financial data, spend data and trends.Attend supplier meetings provides financial analysis and supply relevantdata to support deal decisions in supplier meetings. Meets withsuppliers at least once per month to gain market knowledge. Negotiatedeal structures in conjunction with the Business Manager and Supplierrepresentatives that support our GP% targets.
