　　What You Will Do :

　　Serve as the Product Owner to be a liaison between Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technical developers and clients. You will oversee the day-to-day management of an automation Center of Excellence (CoE) and ensure strategic alignment of on-going automation development.

　　Work with business owners to understand business needs, and translating them into user stories.

　　Prioritize business needs and properly manage tasks among competing initiatives.

　　Manage concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

　　Belong to the diverse, talented, and collaborative Defense & Security Team.

　　Focus on client services, while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.

　　What You Will Need :

　　An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance

　　Bachelors Degree

　　Minimum of five (5) years of experience in roles requiring advanced communication capabilities and interpersonal skills & the creation and delivery of succinct presentations to explain product vision and strategy

　　Advanced ability to use analytics, research and other methodologies to drive business decisions, diagnose problems and recommend action plans to remediate issues. Preferably robotic process automation (RPA) experience

　　Experience with Agile development as a Product Owner or in a Product Management role

　　Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automation technologies, trends, and best practices

　　What Would Be Nice To Have :

　　Strong communication/presentation skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.

　　Strong consulting skills: identifying and addressing client needs, building relationships, driving initiatives forward.

　　Experience supporting the Defense & Security sector.

　　Ability to support business development including RFP/RFQ/RFI responses involving data science / analytics.
