Claims Associate II, General Liability

　　Zurich is currently looking for an Claims Associate. 　　The candidate selected for this opportunity should be able to report to our Dallas-Addison or Parsippany, NJ office. With moderate direction, investigate, evaluate and conclude low exposure, low complexity Commercial General Liability claims by following established protocols to ensure that claims are handled in the most effective, efficient way while delivering a customer-centric claims service. The candidate selected must be skilled at customer service andwould be required to take state licensing exam(s).

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelors Degree and no prior years of experience required in the Customer Service areaOR

　　Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and no prior years of experience in the Customer Service areaOR

　　High School Diploma or Equivalent and no prior years of experience in the Customer Service area.AND

　　Microsoft Office experience

　　Leadership experience

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Microsoft Office Suite Tools experience

　　2 years of work or customer service-related experienceGeographic flexibility

　　Strong verbal, and written communication skills with a customer centric focus

　　Demonstrated ownership mindset

　　Attention to detail ensuring accuracy

　　Committed to continuous learning

　　Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment managing multiple priorities

　　Analytical thinking, judgement/decision making skills

　　Able to use curiosity to drive investigation

　　Experience working in a team environment and collaborating across work groups
