　　Under the supervision of an RN or LVN, the CNA/Care Partner will provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.

　　Ages Served: Infant/Pediatric- certain depts., Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric

　　Required qualifications:

　　Coursework/Training: Attend 4 hours of Care Partner training offered by St. Joseph Health System – Greater Sonoma County.

　　California Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.

　　National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

　　Healthcare experience in training program or in work setting.
