Cleco Support Group LLC seeks a Chemical Engineer to provide engineering analyses, inspections, and support to operations and maintenance team. Ensure safe work environment, asset safety, and environmental compliance. Monitor equipment performance and ensure optimum performance level and maximum reliability. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, and experience with developing, supporting and implementing recommended fleet-wide asset management programs in the areas of piping programs and inspection programs. Experience must include a minimum of: experience with equipment maintenance, upgrade, and replacement strategies; experience with identifying and troubleshooting deviations from expected values impacting unit performance; and experience with reviewing and analyzing predictive and preventive maintenance data. Travel to various, unanticipated locations throughout the United States is required 25% of the time.
