The Carpenter/Roofer will perform general carpentry tasks includingrepairs to roof, siding, drywall and structural upgrades. Roles &Responsibilities Assess site prior to project start to obtainmeasurements. Make structural improvements such as framing and sisteringrafters. Investigate, locate and repair roof leaks. Make various repairsto home from solar installation including siding and drywall. Provideprofessional and courteous communication to customers. Maintain thoroughdocumentation of work including photographs and existing site features.Submit all documentation in a timely manner. Perform other basicconstruction related tasks. Maintain a neat and orderly jobsite. Followcompany vehicle rules and regulations. Qualifications & Experience Basicknowledge of carpentry and roofing including use of tools. Flexibilityto perform other construction and maintenance tasks as need. Work safelyon roofs for extended periods of time; ascend and descend ladders.Regularly lift and move up to 40 to 50 lbs.
