JOB REQUIREMENTS: We Are Hiring:Certified Nursing Assistant/HUC,Inpatient Oncology, 0.9 FTE 12 HR Days The Inpatient Oncology unit is an18 bed unit providing patient & family-centric nursing care, support,and education to oncology, hematology, end-of-life, and thoraciconcology patients and their families. Our approach is interdisciplinaryand holistic, as the emphasis is on the entire the focus is on the mind,body, and spirit along their care continuum. The nursing team works incollaboration with our Physicians and Advance Practice Nurse partners.The unit is supported by 35 staff, including 20 RNs, 11 CNAs, and 3HUCs, in addition to a Staff Development Specialist and Patient CareManager. Frequent procedures include administration of chemotherapy,biotherapy, blood products, IV fluids, growth factors, IV insertion andmanagement including port access. Shift Details: 0.9 FTE, 12 Hour days.3-12 hour days per week. Hours 7am-730pm. Every other weekend, everyother holiday rotation.
