En charge plus spécifiquement du recrutement et de la formation, tu participeras activement à faire de Colgate une entreprise accueillante, passionnée par le développement de ses salariés et toujours en recherche d’évolution

　　Tes missions :

　　Recrutement

　　Pilotage du recrutement des stagiaires et des alternants, des collaborateurs siège et terrain (CDD et CDI)

　　Définition et formalisation des besoins, mise en ligne des annonces

　　Organisation et participation aux entretiens et suivi avec les managers

　　Préparation de l’intégration des nouveaux arrivants et amélioration des processus d’intégration et de recrutement: Buddy Program et entretien de fin de période d’essai en collaboration avec les managers

　　Marque employeur

　　Aide au développement de notre marque employeur auprès de partenaires externes et relations écolesAdministration du personnel

　　Gestion administrative des nouveaux arrivants (création des comptes internes (SAP)), rédaction des contrats de travail/conventions, préparation des dossiers des nouveaux arrivants)Formation

　　Recueil des besoins et déploiement du plan de formation (avec les outils internes et les prestataires externes)Participation à des projets RH transverses

　　D&I, projets d'engagement, mise en œuvre de nouveaux systèmes, analyses RH, …

　　Animation de la communauté stagiaires et alternants
