　　Job Description: The Sr. Solution Designer (multiple positions open) at Molson Coors Beverage Company USA LLC in Milwaukee, WI will design, build, configure, and deploy SAP based solutions and processes. Test and implement greenfield Sales and Distribution deployments. Test and implement enhancements to current Order-to-Cash solutions across multiple disciplines, including Order Management, Pricing, Available to Promise, Order Fulfillment, and EDI Communications. Partner with third party providers to ensure the quality, on time and successful development, delivery and operation of application services and solutions. Identify, propose, and initiate software process improvement activities within the Order-to-Cash Value Stream. Address technical issues with SAP Customer relationship management, SAP Sales and Distribution, SAP Transportation Management, Ortec, Ordinateur de Main, SAP’s integration with Salesforce. Provide input on industry trends and SAP best practices. Review functional specifications and testing documents. May telecommute up to 2 days per week.

　　Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years in a professional occupation designing and developing SAP-based solutions. Must include 5 years of experience with each of the following: (1) implementing order to cash processes using SAP; (2) using Agile and Waterfall methodologies on business requirements; (3) solution phases, including blueprint, construction, testing, training, implementation, and post-production support; (4) designing, building, configuring, and deploying SAP-based solutions and processes; (5) SAP Customer Relationship Management; (6) SAP ECC 6.0 Sales and Distribution; (7) SAP Transportation Management; (8) identifying, proposing, and initiating software process improvement activities within the Order-to-Cash Value Stream; and, (9) application support and maintenance.
