The Opportunity

　　Delaware North Gaming is hiring an iGaming Casino Manager to join our Gamewise team. As the iGaming Casino Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our digital casino operations. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in content strategy with online gaming casino products and a proven track record of successfully managing and enhancing digital casino platforms.

　　This position will be remote, US based and will require occassional weekends and nights.

　　Pay

　　Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $79900 - $107800 / year

　　In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. 　　Responsibilities

　　Monitor and analyze online casino performance, focusing on revenue, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance

　　Own and manage game provider and new game release roadmaps

　　Lead the casino team, analyze player behavior and feedback for content planning, and benchmark against competitive products

　　Coordinate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and loyalty programs, optimizing the product and game offering for maximum revenue

　　Define operational procedures for the iGaming casino, ensuring timely game launches and managing new provider integrations

　　Follow up with supplier when there are any technical malfunctions with the product

　　Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform data-driven decision-making

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus

　　2+ years of experience in a managerial role within the online gaming industry, specifically focusing on real money gaming operations

　　In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for real money online gaming

　　Experience in content planning and strategy, with a keen understanding of its impact on player engagement

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

　　Ability to travel up to 10%
