We are looking for an associate project manager to support the execution of a portfolio transforming how and where we work.

  As an Associate Project Manager within the Workplace Solutions team, you will be responsible for:

  Supports project and operational processes, problem solving and troubleshooting issues as they arise with systems and cross-functional teams

  Supports pulling together and leveraging project resources such as talent, materials, and budget.

  Ensures projects are aligned with Starbucks and departmental strategy and planning processes.

  Drives small cross-functional projects, leading co-located teams

  We’d love to hear from people with:

  1-2 years project management including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications.

  2 yrs participation in a variety of projects with progressive responsibility and leadership.

  Ability to learn quickly and navigate new tools and systems

  Experience with project-related financial processes, including contracting, purchase orders, invoicing, budgeting, and financial controls.

  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills within multiple complex environments and teams who may have diverse viewpoints and need states

  Ability to build strong relationships, quickly, with a variety of different thinkers and functions

  If you live in the greater Seattle area, we offer a flexible workplace that allows for hybrid work. Partners can work remotely up to two days per week and leverage the office 3 days per week, on average.
