　　Overview

　　We’re looking for a Hospice Recruiter to join our team.This position will directly report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and is responsible forcompleting the front-end recruitment life cycle and compliance processes for the hospice division according to the company’s policies and procedures. As a part of this team, you will be solely responsible for reviewing all resumes and screening all applicants forall open positions within your assigned area/territory. This is a remote work from home position.

　　About You

　　Bachelor’s degree

　　Minimum of 5 years’ experience in front end full life cycle recruiting managing 45-80 openings preferably in a healthcare environment

　　A proven track record of being a top performer in a metrics driven environment

　　Proficient in recruiting technology (i.e., Boolean searches) and tools (i.e., Indeed, LinkedIn, texting software)

　　Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders

　　Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
