The Children\'s Long Term Support (CLTS) Waiver is afederally funded Medicaid program serving the needs of children who havea developmental, physical, or a severe emotional disability. CLTS CareCoordinators serves as the main point of contact in helping familiesobtain CLTS services necessary to help keep their children safely in ahome/community setting.
