　　You will have the opportunity to:

　　Lead the development and execution of the college relations strategy and recruitment action plans for multiple universitiesCreate and monitor annual campus recruitment budgetImplement sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates, paying particular attention to diversity initiativesManage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle and maintain records in applicant tracking/recruitment systemCoach and guide practice teams in conducting on-campus and in-office interviewsLead focus groups and debrief sessions to review campus recruiting program effectiveness and designWork closely with the campus recruiting team to assist with branding Baker Tilly as the "employer of choice" on campusHelp plan and support the annual Internship programsMaintain a constant and steady focus on the local market place, and disseminate local market intelligence to key client groupsUtilize the applicant tracking system to capture all recruiting and hiring activityWork under general supervision and frequently work on projects with only periodic updates to your supervisorEnjoy friendships, social activities and team outings that encourage a work-life balance

　　Qualifications

　　Successful candidates will have:

　　Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or other related field requiredOne (1)+ years of experience in campus recruiting within a professional services firm preferred, will consider an individual with assurance, tax or consulting experience looking to make a career changeAbility to attract and retain talent, proven relationship-building skills, and strong leadership qualities to drive collaboration, influence, and change in a matrix environmentAbility to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, while maintaining excellent written/verbal communication and exceptional customer service skillsTravel during peak recruiting season expected to be at 25-50%Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

　　For California, Colorado, New York, Washington and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $51,910 to $110,030. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
