This is a full time dentist role that will split time between the Stark 1 practice and the Milwaukie practice. Interested candidates should be willing to work 2 days/week at each location.

　　Job Qualifications

　　DDS or DMD from an accredited dental university.

　　General Practice Residency OR Advanced Education in General Dentistry preferred.

　　Active state license and BLS.

　　Nitrous Oxide credentials required.
