This position is contingent upon contract award.
Conducts all contact center training activities. Trains contact center staff on the use and application of hardware and software tools. This includes the development and maintenance of training materials. All training is customer and contract specific training. This includes training on the use of all contract specific hardware and software. Includes training on workflow and form creation as required. Conducts all refresh training and training on new or modified procedures.
