Robert Half, Inc. seeks Business Systems Analyst III in San Ramon, CA:
Job Duties: Lead systems analysis and software development projects related to RHI's innovative Front Office Technology Group within the IT Services center. Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing software systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user and system requirements. Create specifications for systems to meet business requirements, configure system settings and options, and plan and execute unit integration and acceptance testing. Review product design proposals and provide feedback on alignment with business requirements. Ensure application systems are aligned with user needs, objectives, processes, and overall business strategies. Guide implementation of new business processes to support system changes. Develop a systems implementation strategy in partnership with key business stakeholders. Create and orchestrate project plans for the entire development lifecycle, including maintenance planning. Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective implementation of all systems upgrades. Analyze business problems to be solved with the implementation of automated solutions, updated processes, and optimized procedures to prevent reoccurrence. Analyze and resolve complex production issues and define department guidelines and troubleshoot best practices. Define integration test strategies and plans. Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field plus three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Special Skill Requirements:
Enterprise applications analysis (3 years)
Perform fit/gap analysis based on requirements (3 years)
Enterprise system development and exposure to project management methodologies (3 years)
Functional knowledge and proficiency in PeopleSoft and SQL (2 years)
Business systems software, software development lifecycle, and Agile Methodologies (2 years)
Write complex queries and reports in SQL (2 years)
Create complex process flow diagrams that demonstrate business or system process flow (2 years)
8Create test plans and test scripts to perform various testing phases (2 years)

Base Salary: $121,597-146,266 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
