Job Summary:
This position will be part of the Business Operations & Technology Team. The position will be assisting with the efficient management and operations support of the Operations & Supplier Quality organization. The candidate’s primary responsibilities include coordinating and organizing communications and organizational meetings, leveraging various venues.
Other responsibilities include managing the OSQA Budgets and staffing levels, including data analysis and investigations to determine negative and positive trends. Conduct training classes for business acumen improvements within the organization. Input and assistance in making strategic recommendations and track strategic quality investments. Work improvement projects as a CORE POC and SME.
A solid understanding of quality, quality principles, and process control as well as ability to handle the coordination of large conferences that include external customers is required. A strong financial background and sound business acumen is preferred. The candidate will be required to solicit, acquire, and synthesize information/data from multiple sources into clear and concise executive level briefings and reports. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and the ability to think creatively.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Lead for Process Improvements as it relates to Quality
Organizational Budget in excess of $100M
Manpower Forecasting
Creating & Presenting Training topics to include technology updates, process changes & financial management
Data Analysis of Quality & Financial data to identified trends & performance drivers
Design, Develop & Deliver complex technical & financial matrix at both the division & corporate level
Location Details:
This position is a hybrid role, and the selected applicant will work with the hiring manager to set schedule. The candidate will need to be located within 50 miles of the Tucson, AZ plant or the Andover, MA plant.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in one of the following areas:
Process Improvement
Quality
Supply Chain
Finance / Business
Minimum educational requirement includes a Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Desired Skills:
Previous experience using Microsoft PowerPoint & Excell, to include use of Macros, V-lookups, & database management.
Experience identifying KPIs, metrics, costs, cost drivers, trend analysis, & presenting to leadership.
Past experiences working or supporting for as a quality engineer, manufacturing engineering capacity or data analysis & process improvement.
Previous experience with one of the following:
Lean Manufacturing
Six Sigma
CORE Training
Broad familiarity with customer & company structure

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
