Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Project Estimator who develops, quantifies, costs, and provides a complete capital expenditure model for evaluating projects. CapEx models include all engineering, material, and indirect costs. The Project Estimator will provide technical guidance, estimating knowledge, market pricing, and staffing considerations during the estimating process.Job Duties & Responsibilities:

　　Prepares capital cost estimates

　　Review designs and specifications for cost effectiveness and suggests alternatives when appropriate

　　Coordinate and interface on a regular basis with other departments to ensure communication and understanding of proposal/project objectives and the most efficient and productive utilization of resources

　　Review layouts, designs and specifications for cost effectiveness and suggests alternatives when appropriate

　　Remains current with technology and industry evolution in order to assure that project capital estimates anticipate the correct market conditions

　　Establish, build and implement metric's

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Engineering preferred

　　5 years of experience preferred; 3 years of experience required

　　Strong preference for candidates with previous experience in renewables

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
