Job Description

　　Insight Global is searching for a Business Lending Systems Administrator for one of their financial clients in Salt Lake City. This employee will be responsible for overseeing the cloud-based and commercial servicing systems for the business lending team. They will ensure successful execution of the systems while adding new features in accordance with the company's financial policies. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for providing troubleshooting support for Windows systems and training colleagues on proper system utilization. The ideal candidate is someone who comes from a business lending background working with Commercial Servicer FICS and has experience in Windows system administration.

　　Responsibilities :

　　Overseeing computer and servicing systems for business lending

　　operate in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures for systems and maintenance

　　Sets up new features and technologies, trains personnel on system utilization, and provides troubleshooting support

　　Completes assigned reports and paperwork, maintains files

　　Project management coordination with cross-functional areas and outside vendors

　　Skills and Requirements

　　3+ years Business Lending experience

　　3-5 years IT systems admin Experience

　　Crystal reporting/SAP Crystal Report

　　Commercial Servicer FICS

　　Experience working with Azure as a cloud environment

　　Experience working with a Windows environment

　　Bachelor's degree in business or related field Familiarity with ServiceNow

　　BSA Knowledge

　　Master's Degree null
