　　Description:

　　A large grant is coming down the pipeline that will allow for current engineering team to expand. 2 additional coating engineers will be in charge of research and design of experiments, executing experiments in the lab, collecting data to analyze and fabricating from there.

　　Top Skills' Details

　　-Bachelors degree in engineering (Will look at candidates with over 7 years of experience with no degree)

　　-Minimum 5 years of experience in physics or in computer simulation

　　-Optical coating design or process engineering in R&D or manufacturing

　　-Experience in optics or photonics

　　Skills:

　　Coating, Thin film, design, data analysis, fabrication, optics, research and development, Thin film coating, manufacturing, regulated experience

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　-Machining skills preferred

　　-Know how optics are used
