You have an eye towards quality, and insist on the highest standards. You are motivated to tackle ambiguous situations with technologies to rapidly solve problems. You are a team player, contribute to the execution of team objectives, and leverage technical knowledge and engineering best practices to rapidly deliver solutions that have a broad business impact.

Develop deep understanding of vast data sources and know exactly how, when, and which data to use to solve particular business problems.

Design and influence operational best practices for reporting and analytics to enable the team to scale as we grow

Work with Product Managers, Engineering, Finance, Marketing teams and other stakeholders on need basis to support their new analytics requirements.

Manage numerous requests concurrently and strategically, prioritizing when necessary.

Partner/collaborate across teams/roles to deliver results.

You will help build analytics in an ambiguous space and help the organization implement secure reporting infrastructure that safely handles personal health information (PHI). You will partner cross-organizationally with Pharmacy and other health teams to develop a traffic and marketing data mart that can provide aggregated organizational reporting for marketing and traffic initiatives that spans all Amazon Health businesses. In addition to strong data analytics skills, you need proven experience and strong business acumen to understand complex business and form analytics framework in a highly ambiguous environment. You must be comfortable working at both the strategic level (using customer insights and data to generate innovative ideas) and at the tactical level (building dashboards and monthly reports to measure business health).
