The Business Development Manager provides leadership with the Fleet Management Companies with commercial parts and service related to but not limited to parts, service, purchase orders, incentives, and all growth opportunities. This manager is the subject matter expert responsible for consistent contact with the large Fleet Management Companies (ARI, Wheels, Enterprise, Element, LeasePlan, Emkay, Donlen, Penske and Enterprise Rental). This management position works closely with Ford Fleet Care (FFC) and Auto Integrate (AI) to ensure efficient and accurate billings and financials for FMCs. In addition, this manager has ownership of Ford Pro Maintenance program and any program enhancements needed to grow parts sales.
This role will be hybrid out of our Dearborn, MI office!

Meet with FMCs and work with account managers on any Ford related concerns
Follow-up with FMCs on accounts receivables (past due)
Manage all Ford Internal controls as it relates to FMCs (MCRP and SCRP)
Review/Request SOW from supplier for identified deliverables
Work with Self-managed fleet customers and dealers and related issues
Manage A&S, Fixed Marketing and Variable Marketing Budgets for FMCs
Handle Purchase Orders regarding FMCs/suppliers in Aurora/Ariba system
Work with Finance to provide business case for variable marketing funds
Subject matter expert on Ford Pro Maintenance (FPM) program
Review and update FPM self-managed pricing annually
Promote FPM program and Repair Network
Work with Self-Managed Fleets (SMF) regarding Ford Pro Maintenance program
Communicate and educate Field team, Dealers, SMF and FMCs on FPM programs
Work with Auto Integrate to load annual pricing updates
Support all Ford Pro Parts and Services sales growth initiatives and programs
Collaborate with Mobile Service Manager to incorporate FMCs' service with mobile service
Assist Ford Pro Tech and One Magnify to develop and maintain dashboard/tool for dealers use for FPM
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of 7 yrs professional experience.
Enthusiasm for working with commercial dealers, customers, and industry partners to grow sales, market share and increase customer loyalty of Ford commercial vehicles
Strong field sales/service/marketing experience and understanding of dealership operations
Self-starter with can do attitude, emotional resilience, smart work ethic, and ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
Must have strong Computer Skills and capabilities
Experience and working knowledge with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Office) required
Knowledge of FCSD Dashboards, SalesForce, Aurora/Ariba and Dealer Program Enrollment System (DPES)
Have full understanding of the competitive marketplace
Sound commercial understanding, PS&L, and risk management skills.
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
