Description

We are in search of a dedicated Staff Accountant to become a part of our team. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for executing a variety of financial procedures, including AP/AR, and strong Excel. This is a hybrid model. Salary up to $75K. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of vendor invoices to ensure accuracy

• Ensure regular account reconciliations are performed

• Manage bill payments in a timely manner

• Compile and analyze large quantities of data using Microsoft Excel

• Conduct daily reviews and investigations into customer-initiated chargebacks

• Prepare multi-state sales tax returns

• Collaborate and support cross-functional team members

• Maintain comprehensive vendor data to facilitate the preparation of 1099 tax forms.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar field.

• Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures.

• Proven experience in performing Bank Reconciliations.

• Familiarity with General Ledger operations and maintenance.

• Ability to prepare accurate Journal Entries.

• Demonstrated experience in Month End Close procedures.

• Proficiency in using NetSuite software for account management.

• Experience with Oracle financial software.

• Working knowledge of SAP business software.

• Familiarity with NetSuite CRM for customer relationship management.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis and reporting.
