Internal Communication Channels & Platforms | Internal Sites and Social Lead.
A core member of the Global Content Delivery team, focused on managing the processes, tools and platforms that enable Accenture M+C teams to easily deliver meaningful content and messages to our clients, recruits and employees across our internal and external channels.
The Communication Channels Associate Manager will develop and execute corporate or function-specific internal communications programs that directly impact all Accenture employees and/or sub-groups of these employees.
This job requires a flexible, innovative team player who has solid communications experience and the ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with Accenture leaders and program teams. A heavy emphasis is placed on collaboration skills and the ability to successfully establish credibility in the role of advisor.
Overall, the position requires an experienced internal communications professional who can not only lead successful communication programs but also write, edit and work effectively with senior leaders globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Internal Sites platform capabilities, enhancements and necessary upgrades
Lead and manage Viva Engage platform, as well as leading the efforts to enhance and upgrade as well as assess an adequate reporting dashboard
Manage our support sites and channel communications for Internal Sites and Viva Engage
Ability to collaborate with other areas within Marketing + Communications and CIO to ensure integration and sharing of best practices
Develop creative direction and manage development, including management of outside design firms and coordination with brand
Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fieldWork Experience:
Minimum 7-10 years of overall communications experienceProfessional Skill Requirements:
Proven communication planning and management skills, in support of ongoing operations and transformational, project-based initiatives.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Proven global expertise and perspective
Executive level presence and influence – the ability to work effectively with senior leaders globally.
Experience with electronic communications mediums a plus.
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborative, team player
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills.
Able to work effectively across functional and geographic groups.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Quick self-starter with a proven record of success.
