Job Description
Work towards developing and expanding our client base and continuously searching out the industry for potential partners.
Set and follow a clear sales strategy to locate and propose business deals.
Initiate direct contact and arrange meetings with prospective partners.
Facilitate the enrollment process for local partnership members and ensure long-term relationships with them.
Prepare and negotiate contract terms and check their validity with the new partners.
Identify new opportunities by conducting regular market research.
Provide regular progress report to internal stakeholders and keeping them up to date.
Understand and communicate market opportunities, trends, needs, and partner feedback to cross-functional teams.
Build and maintain relationships with partners and other key decision makers.
Contribute to sales of PaxeraHealth by identifying new opportunities and driving company recommendations.
Support customer retention through proactive outreach and successful engagement.
Ensure all partners activity and information is supplied to and kept current for internal organizational stakeholders.
Conduct competitive market research and intelligence from assigned accounts and regions.
Provide daily, monthly, and yearly progress reports on partners’ performance as well as customer feedback.
Job Requirements / Qualifications & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in international business development is a must.
Proactive approach to networking within the vendor industry.
Advanced negotiation and communication skills.
Strong relationship building and process management skills.
Excellent in English.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills and ability to demonstrate technology products in person or remotely.
