　　Position Summary

　　For our Nestlé Business Services Braga/ Lisbon Center, we are currently looking for a Cash Collection Lead Specialist. Reporting to Collection, Credit, Billinga & PA Supervisor, this professional will be leading a team in Cash Collection.

　　A day in the life of...

　　Manage the Clash Collection team and ensure that all activities in scope are executed in a timely manner and according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);

　　Drive towards excellence by ensuring best practices are implemented and business/internal controls are in place;

　　Monitor the efficiency of the operations and coordinates execution of Continuous Improvement initiatives;

　　Create and execute short to mid-term plans for optimizing the organization, function, or sub-function and the talent required to execute strategies in job area.

　　Encourage, coach & develop the team;

　　Ensure business continuity plan is defined, update and implemented;

　　Ensure compliance of Cash Collection activities.

　　What will make you successful

　　Ability to develop and lead a team;

　　Successful experience in delivering services through Shared Service partners;

　　Knowledge in Financial area;

　　Good stakeholder management skills;

　　Knowledge in SAP solution;

　　Solid knowledge of MS office, particularly Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Power Bi);

　　Strong leadership skills - even if didn't have a Lead position previously;

　　Demonstrated competency in project participation and execution;

　　Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address and influence internal and external customers;

　　Good planning, and organizational skills;

　　Adaptability to change and cope in fast-paced environment.

　　Analytical capability;

　　Continuous improvement mindset.

　　Strong level of English and Spanish;
