  ABOUT THE ROLE & THE TEAM

  As the Business Development Manager in Arrow, you will join the sales team located in our offices in Bratislava, Slovakia. You will exercise your role on the Slovakian market.

  Within this position, you will be mainly responsible for the management of the current client accounts as well as the new business development. Your role will involve continuous relationship development between the business area, regional teams and the assigned vendors to ensure a trust and support of business objectives.

  Key Responsibilities:

  On the daily basis, you will be:

  Identify the key reseller partners with good potential to develop sales of the vendor's products and services.Bring new deals to Arrow, by the prospection (phone, email) and client meetingsSuccessfully execute business plansBuild and maintain strong relationships with the vendorFind New Business leadsBuild and maintain strong relationships within the partner's baseIdentify new partners, engage and enable accordingly to drive incremental salesInitiating marketing campaigns for the partners to find new leadsRegular and accurate forecasting of opportunities, providing detail for both short- and long-term dealsEnable partners by providing regular sales training

  A FEW THINGS YOU'RE AN EXPERT AT:

  Development of new Customers, excellent communication skillsAt least 5 years of professional experience in Business Development/Account Management within the IT distribution/IT sellingSelf-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approachVery good knowledge of the Slovak marketWorks independently but also a team playerFluency in Slovak and English is a must to be successful in this recruitment
