　　General responsibilities include:

　　Performs technical discipline tasks including research, reports, design, specifications and plan preparationManages assigned project management activities (project scope, schedule, budget and quality management)Responsible for the management, growth and professional development of Columbus Structures/Bridge Section. Coordinates section activities establishes priorities and assigns staff to jobs. Collaborates with other Sections/Practice Areas and Groups within the office on work-sharing needs and opportunitiesPerform quantity and cost estimate calculationsAssists in marketing responsibilities, including client discovery, client meet and greets, proposal generation, interviews, and win-to-work activitiesMaintains client contacts to ensure client satisfactionPerform quality assurance reviews of structural designs completed by othersPerform other duties as neededQualifications:

　　5+ years related experienceExperience leading/delivering structural projects for INDOT, counties and local municipalitiesDrive to develop/expand industry contacts and connections is requiredAn entrepreneurial mindset that is committed to growing V3s Indianas programAn extensive understanding of CAD; specifically, MicrostationPE/BSCE requiredStrong communication and listening skillsMicrostation/OpenRoads proficiencyHow about Benefits?
